Account Deletion

Self-service deletion from inside the app is not available yet. Send us a deletion request and we will process it for you. The form below opens already filled in — check the details and send.

Please include:

• Your username — for example @yourname
• Your registered email address or mobile number — use the email address registered to your account where you can, as it is the fastest way for us to verify you
• A clear deletion request statement — for example: “I request deletion of my PRAEORA account and associated personal data.”
• Any payment or Token issue details, if relevant — outstanding donations, Token balance questions, or a receipt reference

We first verify that the request genuinely comes from the account holder, using the contact method registered to the account. This protects you from someone else deleting your account.

After verification, deletion is processed in accordance with platform policy and applicable law. We will confirm by email once it is complete.

Deletion removes your profile and personal details, and disconnects your prayers from your identity.

Some records may be retained where the law requires it — for example the append-only Token ledger, donation and tax records, and safety or moderation logs. Where records must be kept, they are dissociated from your profile wherever possible.

You do not have to delete your account to step back. In Notification preferences you can switch off Available as a Reciter so you are no longer asked to accept prayers, and turn off reminders entirely — your account stays, quietly.
