Safety Guidelines

A synchronized moment can fall at any hour in your local time. Never pause for a prayer while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that needs your full attention. Your safety comes first — a prayer can always be held a moment later.

Prayers are matched over time and depend on Reciters choosing to accept them. There is no guaranteed response and no one is monitoring requests for emergencies. If a situation is urgent, seek real-world help first.

Prayers are often about someone else. Please do not post another person’s personal data without their consent — including full names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, medical details, financial details, or photographs.

You can ask for prayer for someone without identifying them. A first name, or simply “someone I love”, is enough for the circle to hold them.

• Hateful content, or content attacking anyone for their religion, belief, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexuality, disability, or caste
• Abusive, threatening, harassing, or intimidating content
• Violent content, or content encouraging violence against anyone
• Sexual content, or any content that sexualises or endangers a minor
• Exploitative content, including begging schemes, deceptive fundraising, or pressure for money
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading claims — including promises of cures or guaranteed results
• Illegal content, or content promoting illegal activity
• Content encouraging self-harm or suicide
• Spam, advertising, or automated or bulk submissions

Do not harass, pressure, shame, or proselytise to other users. PRAEORA is religion-neutral: people of every tradition, and those with none, take part side by side. Hold others’ intentions with the same care you would want for your own.

If you see something harmful, unsafe, or abusive, report it to hello@praeora.com. Where possible, include the Prayer ID and what concerned you, so we can act quickly.

PRAEORA may remove unsafe prayers, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and report content to the appropriate authorities where required by law. We aim to act proportionately, but we will always prioritise the safety of people over the visibility of any prayer.
